Under 18 International Students in Sydney
Welcome to our Under 18 International Student application section for Sydney
This is exclusively for international students who are under 18 and studying in Sydney at:
- University of Sydney and Taylors College
- UNSW and UNSW College
- UTS and UTS College
If this does not apply to you, please use our standard application form.
As an Under 18 International Student, you are required to provide the following as part of your application so that we can assess your eligibility to live with us at Iglu:
- Letter of Offer from your tertiary institution
- Under 18 Guarantee Indemnity Agreement & Acknowledgement Form
You can submit your application and pay your deposit now to get the process underway. Once submitted, you will automatically receive a link to our student portal to provide this information.

Our team is committed to providing Under 18 International Students a safe and nurturing environment while you live away from your family during such an important life stage. Throughout the journey, from application to orientation to living with us, we have enhanced support in place and a dedicated team member is available 24/7. This is built into our Under 18 International Student rates at Iglu.

Please check the your course name and code below and select the corresponding Iglu start date and contract length when you apply for your preferred room.
