Student life can be exciting, but it can also bring new pressures. If you ever need a chat, have a concern or just want to check in, our team is always here for you.
Each Iglu property is supported by an on-site team during office hours, as well as Resident Leaders available after hours. All team members are trained in First Aid and as mental health first responders, so you can contact us at any time. If we don’t have the answer straight away, we’ll help you find the right support.
24/7 wellbeing support with Sonder
Alongside the support available on site, you’ll have free access to Sonder- a 24/7 wellbeing support service, for the duration of your stay at Iglu. Through the Sonder app, you can access confidential help for safety, medical, mental health and general wellbeing concerns whenever you need it. We encourage you to learn more about Sonder.
